New Stat Schticks

Some of the Stat Schticks in Golden Comeback are less than useful. Here are some suggestions for new or revised Stat Schticks.
Constitution: Improbable Metabolism
Your body is a fortress. Poisons that would ordinarily kill only leave you with a nasty taste in your mouth. Whenever you fail a roll to resist a poison, you may try again (although you're stuck if you fail this one too, you big sissy). Whenever an attack that relies on poison succeeds against you, the attacker must ignore his first attack roll and make another, taking the result of the second.
Fu: All Your Fu Are Belong To Us
Whenever you are subjected to an attack using a Fu Power, you can spend a Fu point to increase the Fu requirement of your opponent's power by 1. You can do this as many times as you like for a single attack until you either let the attack take place or the opponent doesn't meet the Fu cost. If the opponent pays the final Fu cost, the attack takes place as normal, but with the extra Fu points lost. If the opponent cannot meet the Fu cost, or declines to, the opponent loses that action (for twice as many shots it would have taken normally) but the opponent does not lose any Fu. In any case, the Fu points you spend are lost. Subsequent attacks are unaffected, and Fu points return for everyone as normal next sequence.
Fortune: Favours the Foolish
You may spend a Fortune dice to substitute your current Fortune attribute for any non-italic skill for one action. When you do so you negate Impairment from any source. This represents ignoring sense and trusting to dumb luck for the action. You can also use your current Fortune score + 3 as your active Dodge. When you use your Fortune in this way, the point you spend is lost after the action is performed. You may not spend Fortune in the usual way when using Favours the Foolish.
Fortune: Luck Be A Lady
Luck Be A Lady allows you to spend two fortune dice on an action. However, only the highest roll of the two is used. You still spend two fortune points, even though only one is used. Each additional level of Luck Be A Lady increases the number of dice you can roll by one. You can never roll more Fortune dice than you have Fortune points (obviously) and you only take the highest value shown. The breakdown of the advantage given is:
| Dice rolled | Average gain |
| 1 | 3.50 |
| 2 | 4.47 |
| 3 | 4.96 |
| 4 | 5.24 |
| 5 | 5.43 |
Fortune: I Feel Lucky
All your Fortune dice are open ended. See how well this stacks with Luck Be A Lady.
Agility: Delicate Tread
You leave no visible tracks, even in thick snow or mud. However, you may still be tracked by other means such as fingerprints, DNA or scent. This only covers your footsteps. You can also evade any traps you are aware of that rely on the noise or vibration of walking to activate.
Speed: Me First (revised)
The revised Me First operates in much the same way as the original, but you can buy additional levels in it. Each additional Schtick gives an extra dice to roll for initiative, but only the highest is counted. See Luck Be A Lady for the breakdown of the advantage this gives.
