Artefacts
The artefacts model has been designed not only for great flexibility in what artefacts are available, but great flexibility in how they are assigned to locations. Further, items can be exchanged between characters and captured form the enemy. Some artefacts have conditions attached to them that limit who can use the item.
Some items are used the instant they are discovered, others disappear when used once and a third kind can be used any number of times.
